At first glance, Char can seem quiet. This is usually because she already has her own plans in motion under the surface, and she isn't afraid to take them slow and steady. Self-serving and egotistical, Char works tirelessly to get exactly what she wants.Which is usually money or fame. She's a simple lady.Char is full of conviction to get her goals realized. She is never content living on the sidelines, and resolves to make her vision a reality for all to see. To this end, she can be rather selfish - ignoring the needs of others and even using them as stepping stones.A lot of the time, Char forgets that her resolve is forged purely from her own volatile emotions and insecurities. When she fails, with the ensuing emotional backlash - she fails hard.And so, she is stubborn and unrelenting in all things.

Char is a transfer student from England. Circumstances involving her parents brought them to Japan, but she doesn’t want to talk about it. She intends to go straight back home as soon as she graduates, on her own if need be.She can speak Japanese "fine", but she struggles to read and write kanji. As a result, Char often talks in short, clipped sentences, leading her to sound more standoffish than she intends.She helped found a group of phantom thieves known as "Thot Patrol", who work tirelessly to undermine the efforts of the Phantom Thieves of Hearts. Together, they share a single ambition.Money. And clout.
